On a former bakery site, MAGNA Real Estate is realizing a low-traffic and green neighborhood with a district café.

Around 140 residential units have been created, of which around 30 percent are in accordance with IFB subsidy guidelines

The winner of the architectural competition is the renowned Hamburg firm Schenk+Waiblinger Architekten

The project was completed at the end of 2019
